Our ESG Approach
Leading Change for a Better Future
Our ESG Roadmap
We’ve crafted a forward-looking ESG roadmap anchored in five strategic pillars: strategy, governance, measurement, implementation, and disclosure. This framework was shaped through rigorous gap analysis, peer benchmarking, and active stakeholder engagement. It is both comprehensive and actionable.
- ESG Committee Formation: A cross-functional team, led by our Whole-Time Director, oversees integration and continuous monitoring.
- Materiality Assessment: Identifies critical ESG priorities and risk areas.
- Data Readiness: Aligns internal systems for accurate and transparent ESG disclosures.
- Assurance Preparation: Builds audit-ready processes for credible reporting.
- Long-Term Target Setting: Defines measurable goals across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
Each milestone aligns with globally recognized frameworks, including ISO 14064, GRI, TCFD, and CDP, making our roadmap internationally benchmarked and locally relevant.
Our ESG Focus Areas
Through a comprehensive materiality assessment, we identified key ESG priorities that shape our strategy and actions:
- Environmental Stewardship: Focused on managing energy and emissions, and reducing water usage and waste.
- Social Responsibility: Committed to occupational health and safety, employee well-being, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Ethical Governance: Dedicated to integrating ESG risks, promoting board diversity, ensuring transparency, and conducting supplier due diligence.
