Inspection and Quality Control
At our forgings manufacturing facility, we prioritize quality control and inspection of all our products. We have a comprehensive set of tools and equipment to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
In order to verify the integrity of the parts manufactured as per control plans, we have set up a world class and most advanced metrology room equipped with machines such as:
- Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), including a Mitutoyo machine from Japan and a ZEISS machine
- Profile Projectors from Mitutoyo in Japan
- Contracer cum Roughness Tester, exclusively for checking roughness on fillet area of crankshaft, from Mahr in Germany
- Surface Roughness Testers from Mitutoyo in Japan
- Trimos Master Height Gauge
- Adcole Cylindrical Coordinate Measuring for crankshafts
- Ultrasonic Hardness Tester for crankshafts
- Contamination Measurement Kit from Millipore
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) facility from QNet in the UK
