Mr. Paritosh Kumar
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Paritosh Kumar Garg founded Happy Forgings Limited in 1979 and has been closely associated with the Company’s growth and development since its inception. A respected industrialist with over four decades of experience in the forging industry, Mr. Garg provides strategic leadership and continues to guide the organisation with his entrepreneurial vision. He holds a graduate degree and is widely recognised for his deep industry knowledge and leadership. Under his guidance, Happy Forgings has evolved into a leading manufacturer while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Ashish Garg
Managing Director
Mr. Ashish Garg oversees the Company’s day-to-day operations and plays a key role in shaping its growth strategy. He holds a master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a graduate qualification in Finance from the University of Warwick, U.K. With over 18 years of experience across operational excellence, business development and financial management, he brings a strong blend of technical and strategic expertise to the organisation. He has been instrumental in driving the Company’s expansion initiatives and strengthening its capabilities to support long-term growth.
Ms. Megha Garg
Whole-time Director
Ms. Megha Garg holds a bachelor’s degree in Science (Economics) from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, and has approximately nine years of experience in the industrial sector. She leads the Company’s digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and lead generation, and also drives Happy Forgings Limited’s ESG initiatives. Through these efforts, she is helping strengthen the Company’s sustainability framework, brand presence and long-term value creation.

Mr. Atul Behari Lall
Independent Director
Mr. Atul Behari Lall holds a master’s degree in Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has over three decades of experience in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry. He currently serves as the Managing Director and a member of the Board of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, a listed company, and has led Dixon since its inception, building it into a market leader in the EMS sector. His experience spans strategic leadership, expansion into new business segments and industry engagement, and he brings valuable independent perspective to the Board on strategy, governance and long-term growth.
Ms. Rajeswari Karthigeyan
Independent Director
Ms. Rajeswari Karthigeyan holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras, a diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology, and has completed the Independent Director Certification Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru. She brings over three decades of experience in credit ratings and research, primarily with CRISIL Limited, with deep expertise in the automotive sector and large manufacturing companies. Her experience spans credit appraisal, risk assessment, rating surveillance and stakeholder engagement, and she contributes valuable independent perspective to the Board on financial oversight and risk management.
Mr. Ravindra Pisharody
Independent Director
Mr. Ravindra Pisharody holds a bachelor’s degree in Technology (Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has completed a postgraduate programme in Executive Coaching from Coaching Foundation India Limited. He has nearly four decades of corporate experience and has held senior leadership roles across sales and marketing, business strategy and general management in leading Indian and multinational organisations. He previously served on the Board of Tata Motors Limited and was the Marketing Director at BP India Private Limited. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several companies and is actively engaged in executive coaching and mentoring.
