We have invested in various CAD/CAM packages like Uni Graphics, Solid Works, Work NC, Vera cad, etc to reduce manufacturing/development lead times and to ensure repeatability when dies are re cut after specified die run.

With our 3D simulation softwares, we develop the parts offline and hence optimise the forging process to have better utilisation of the forging equipment and material.
Our facilities feature a well-equipped design center that houses advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. With these tools, our engineers can create detailed 3D models and simulate the forging process for optimal results.
In addition, we have a modern testing lab where we conduct thorough testing, metallurgical analysis, and mechanical testing to ensure that all our forgings meet the highest industry standards.
