Our Heat Treatment Facilities are equipped with the latest

effective heat treatment processes for our products.
Our facilities include:
- Continuous Hardening & Tempering Quench Type Furnace: With a capacity of 4 tons per hour, this furnace is equipped with an instrumentation panel for temperature controls and recording. It also features SCADA software with data logging and history recording capabilities.
- Ultra-Modern Hardening & Tempering Furnace has a polymer quenching facility and a capacity of 2 tons per hour. It utilizes advanced technology to ensure precise and consistent heat treatment processes.
- Our ISO thermal annealing chamber provides uniform heating and cooling to achieve optimal material properties.
- Our normalizing furnace is used to achieve uniform material properties through controlled cooling.
- Our heat treatment facilities also includes controlled cooling capabilities for micro alloys, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
