Since Happy Forgings LImited is a newly listed company , so the requirement of 25% will be met in coming years.

1. One shareholder has got converted its 1 Equity share in physical form.

This one physical share was considered and out of total of 9,42,04,882 shares which were reported earlier in demat form , 9,42,04,881 shares were reported in demat form and the balance one share was reported in physical form.

The category under which it is shown in shareholding pattern is Resident Individuals holding nominal share capital up to Rs. 2 lakhs under the heading Non- Institutions

There are total of 62737 shareholders holding 1722338 shares , out of which one shareholder holding one share is in physical form . Therefore, in the column Number of equity shares held in dematerialized form (XIV) the number shown is 1722337.



2. The Company has allotted 19943 ESOP on 31st December 2024 but the shares were credited into respective demat accounts of employees in January 2025. So not considered here while submitting shareholding pattern as on 31st December 2024.
